TitleCeltic Chief Exec's home set ablaze. (A little confused about "News Spam" rule and why a post was deleted by mods.)

I posted a BBC article about Celtic Chief Exec Lawwel's car/house being ablaze, picking BBC over Sky, Daily Record, and a host of others in search results. I directly copied the title from the article as is standard on most subs rules, and left a comment about there being suspicions of a petrol bomb being the cause.

The story is developing and there is confirmed footage of a man pouring accelerant over the parked vehicles before lighting it and escaping in a silver vehicle.

It was marked as spam and removed, although I don't see any other posts relating to the story, either links or text posts. How did I fall afoul of sub rules? Is this not news in Glasgow?
