Okay bit of a weird post and I get that the title sounds a bit dodgy but my Brothers just turned 18 and is Autistic, he’s not long left school and lives just outside of Glasgow. He’s experiencing what we all did after leaving school where he’s drifted from his pals and with COVID on top he’s pretty lonely & isolated. He’s in college virtually so hasn’t had the chance to meet anyone through that. He’s into Music, video games and general computer stuff. Does anyone know of any groups or meet ups that I could suggest to him?
I know for girls there’s a Facebook group where I’ve seen a lot of girls making friends etc but I’m assuming there isn’t anything similar for guys.
He’s getting a bit down about the whole thing and doesn’t want to kick about with his big sister. I thought I’d try post on here because I have no idea where else to try!
