Body	Hello Redditors, I am seeking the internet as my last resort. My name is Hasan, asylum seeker in Glasgow since late 2019, but before that I was a student in Glasgow. My life was in danger if I went back to my country (Yemen). So I stayed in a flat provided by MEARS a company contracted by the Home Office to accommodate asylum seekers for a year and a half which included a failed suicide attempt, alcoholism and abandonment. I fell sick in January and got diagnosed with High Plaque Relapsing Reemitting Multiple Sclerosis which left me disabled, while in hospital MEARS asked if they can store my stuff because they need the flat and I would need a new ground floor flat due to my disability. I stayed in the hospital for 5 months a week before my discharge date they tell me sorry a disaster happened and WE BINNED YOUR STUFF!!!. My parents birth certificate from the State of Aden (Colony of the Uk) UK do not recognize their certificates but other countries do and that makes my parents disabled to do any legal transaction. I lost my grandparents passports from the Protectorate of Aden which was family history and artificats (75 years old). My great grandfather's Visa Pass (100) years old. They stripped me of my belongings illegally, and they refuse to compensate me for the documents as they have no value to them. They offered me 300!!! for stuff I bought with 5000 when I was a student, when I listed my stuff they said a PC but you are an asylum seeker you should not have a PC? as If asylum seekers are not human. it was dissasembled in parts because one of the lovely managers said if they see it they will cut the huge amount of 37.5 a week. I followed the law and I did not work because I am not allowed but yet I am treated like an animal. Yemen is getting bombed by KSA and UAE with bombs made in the UK, The countries I used to live in treat human beings as animals and if they do not follow their religion or political ideology it kills or take all of their stuff. UK boasts about human rights everywhere and in the face of other countries yet I am here and I see no human rights for me. I wish you can spread this case so I can pressure them to pay every penny and memory I lost. Thank you all.
