So I have had a lot happen even during the pandemic - homelessness etc. On Friday I told my doctor I was feeling suicidal, and they asked ‘what do you want me to do about it?’ And I was so shocked cos it took to talk about my mental health and say it out loud. I did speak to the Samaritans and I don’t know what to really do next. How do I get my get my GP to help, has anyone had this problem? Do you have any advice?
