| Body | Saw a lot of talk about this online, but most posts date 5 years back or even more, so not sure if this is still accurate. Is there any indication that things might change for the better? What are the issues there anyway- I would be most concerned of random street violence more than anything else really.
I used to live in Cardiff in the area with similar reputation (social issues, poverty, big Pakistani and Middle Eastern communities), never had any issues at all. Although I must admit I lived on the edge of the neighbourhood- let's say the equivalent to (just east of) Victoria Street. Honestly the immigrant community generally doesn't concern me, I am much more scared of drugged up/drunk neds wandering the streets than a non-white guy with a beard.
