I've been looking for a property over the past 6-8 months without any luck primarily because areas like the West End and Southside require a good compromise for space with my budget. As a result I've decided to widen my net somewhat so I'm looking at the North specifically the area within Bishopbriggs as I've heard there are a couple of good schools.
Been advised to "avoid" Auchinairn but what about the areas of Crowhill Road/Kenmure Ave just west to the train station. Having a train station round about your doorstep is great. I've been to walk a few times with no bother. Any thoughts/advice re safety etc etc?
