Title	Pure beamer not being able to take my kids swimming at 44.

Body	I have just got back from a holiday in St Andrews where I bottled taking my kids to the hotel pool not just due to my varying degrees of tannage over my arms and neck nor because of my working from home induced massive gut but simply because I can't swim and a sh!t scared of the water. So it is time to learn to swim but I am struggling to find adult lessons in or around Lanarkshire. I am in Bothwell but can get to other local area though preferably not Glasgow. Can anyone recommend somewhere?
