| Body | When we order things online our post is repeatedly getting delivered to the wrong flat in our tenement, we're in 2/1 and it keeps going to 1/1 from multiple different couriers. Where would you report something like this? The neighbours that live below us have taken our deliveries and kept them before, and sometimes they just push them back out through their own letterbox onto the floor of the close. We can't talk to them because of a language barrier. |
