TitlePrices of flats in Glasgow

Hi all,

I don't really have a clue about the real estate markets and how they work, when the prices are rising etc...

Anyway, I've seen quite a few posts and it seems like the general consensus is that the house prices at the moment are insane. Does anyone know if the same goes for small, relatively cheap flats? Looking at rightmove, there are decent 1-bed flats between 70-90k.

Now I am just wondering if the flat is 70k, would you need to offer close to 90k to get it, or would a few grand over the asking price usually be enough? Any experience with that?

Thanks
