Hi guys. I'm a student and myself and my friend are looking to move flat. We have noticed a bunch of flats for rent in Wallace Street but aren't strangers to all the horror stories about them. Most posts I've seen are from 4+ years ago and I've seen mixed feelings about them. They're so cheap so obviously it is very tempting for us as students to just go for it and live there but is it really safe as two lone young women? And have the flats improved in recent years? Part of me wants to avoid them like the plague but I often see beaming reviews from people who currently live there - I'm very conflicted. |
