My flatmate moved out at end of June, it's been just over 5 weeks since I applied for single person discount. It's not that I'm suprised I haven't had a confirmation the application has been worked yet given its GCC and they were happy to take the DD on time at full rate- but have any of you applied recently and have a timescale or tips?
