| Body | I was just driving home from work through the west end as I always do and for the first time ever a thought occurred to me:
What used to be in place of all these bars/pubs at the bottom of tenement buildings 100 years ago?
Does anyone have any good resources on where I can look the likes up? Doesn’t have to be west end, I stay in Shawlands and come from the east end so all areas are welcome!
I’ll be honest, I’m just off a 14 hour shift and haven’t looked myself at all but know there’s probably some people on here who’ll know much more than I’ll ever be able to find on my own. |
