| Body | Long story short, i worked in a shopping centre for a bit back in 2018/2019 and you had to oay for parking, however i was in a low paid job and didnt see why i should be paying a private carpark company to use a carpark i needed for work.
My company told me to ignore it and not pay which i did.
Now 2 years later BW Legal are coming after me wanting me to pay those 6 parking tickets plus the fee.
Ive ignored them all cos its a private car park company which i think is so scummy to charge people but whatever.
The recent letter i just got through says if i dont pay by mid september they will progress me to a Letter of Claim on expiry.
What the fuck do i do ? Like how serious is this? They are wanting £900 from me now for those 6 times i didnt pay. |
