I'm in the fortunate position that I've had an offer accepted on a flat this week, but have since become a bit concerned about some aspects of the exterior of the building, which is a converted late 19th century townhouse. When I viewed the place I was a bit caught up in the moment and probably glossed over these things, and on top of that wasn't able to visually inspect a few things that were mentioned on the home report, such as the roof or some angles of the building.
Does anyone know of a company or individual who can perform an exterior survey, and give indications of severity of issues and potential repair costs? I'm hoping a lot of this work can be done by drone now to avoid gaining access to the building, since I don't know how possible that is at the moment. |
