I hope I can find some help here. I'm in an immense distress...
I'm an international student. I have confirmed my unconditional offer to study at GCU and paid my 3500 pounds deposit 45 days ago!
And been waiting for my CAS number so that i could apply for a visa. I need a student visa to go to Scotland and start my course.
But the university haven't issued my CAS number YET! ( which they are supposed to do in 3 to 4 working days )
And honestly, it's so so late to get a visa in time to go to Glasgow and begin my studies now...
And they don't even tell me why!
They don't answer me when i ask them.. my agent and I emailed them multiple times and called them. However, they don't answer our emails and simply ignore what we say on the phone.
The most clear response i got was from 13th June when they only said " it takes some time". And that s it! It's been a month and a half and this is all they offered me...
At this point, i would even appreciate if they rejected me! I just need an acknowledgement!
3500 pounds is not a small amount of money.. it came from years of saving...
Anyone here with similar experience?
