I’m new to the HMO world and I’m not really sure how it works. Two friends and I have found a flat that looks amazing only to see that it’s non-HMO. Is there anyway around this? Would it be ok if we just signed the one tenant agreement together and paid rent as one sum? Or does that not cut it? Thanks!!
