Title	Constant high-pitched noise on Brunswick street??

Body	For the past three days there has been a constant high-pitched sound coming from somewhere in Merchant City. I live on Brunswick Street and can hear it from inside my flat. It goes 24/7 and is fairly loud. I can still hear it if I try to drown it out with music. I’ve complained to the council, but it’s still going. Anyone know what this is or where it’s coming from? About to go insane. Feels like a torture technique.
