i live in a self factoring close, the gutters needed doing recently and i had a quote done that included fixing things, it was a bit pricey so another quote was had which was way cheaper and didnt fix the things, it gets worse, upstairs lady decided to save everyone a load of money and pulled all the hedehogging out to clean,now its dissappeared, what does one do in this situation?
