| Body | I'm moving to Glasgow for work and have been looking at houses in nearby areas (ie. Cambuslang sort of radius) as I'm happy to be up to 30min commute on train. My budget would allow for a 3 bed house in that sort if area, originally j didn't want to live in a flat however I'm now considering flats in, or at least nearer, the city and I was wondering if anyone could suggest areas which are potentially "up and coming", so at least if I'm living in a flat it has potential to be an investment.
I know the housing market is a nightmare right now and I know there's a lot of posts asking about areas but most of them have higher budgets than mine and I'm not set on any location atm, so I'm open to suggestions if anyone thinks there are areas that are going to be the next West End or something.
