Sadly my body is not properly aligned and I need prosthetic insoles to move around. Otherwise I have a lot of pain on my knees or hips around 30-40 min in any kind of exercise, and then usually worse during the night when trying to sleep.
For the last 10 years or so I have been doing them at a local clinic in my original country, but with covid19 this has been impossible (I haven't left Scotland since covid). The last ones the doctor made for me, around 2 years ago, are on its last legs, and I need new ones asap.
I am not an old person or someone with some sort of big disability, so what I am looking for are sport prosthetic insoles. I Googled around and I got some hits, but I wonder if someone has a recommendation. I understand this is a service that the NHS might offer, but you know how the NHS is right now. I badly hurt my arm 6 months ago and I am still waiting for an ultrasounds while moving around only using 1 arm. So I cannot really wait this much to get new insoles, I need them as soon as possible.
