Hello Glasgow!
I'm currently in the process of selling my flat and the buyers solicitor is asking for the flats Completion Certificate. However I don't have a copy of it and neither does the solicitor I used when I bought it.
I tried calling the councils Development & Regeneration Services number (0141 287 8555) but the extension for document and plan searches is 'not available' and I cant seem to find any online application form to do it that way instead.
Anyone had to do this and have some advice? Any would be welcome!
