Long story short, my mental health is as stable as a house of cards. When I was in uni I applied for counselling and they never got back to my application. A couple years ago I also spoke to my doctor who gave me a number to ring. I did, they said they'd call me back, they didn't.
I'm just feeling like I'm sort of crumbling, and I can't make sense of the proper procedures for this.
