Just noticed a letter from them saying I had exceeded the maximum stay period in Tesco Silverburn a couple weeks ago, of course I opened it after the 14 days too so the fine is now £70 rather than £30. As it’s not from DVLA, does anyone know if it’s legit and they can take you to court if ignored, or basically the same as TV license letters and would go away eventually? Has anyone successfully appealed them?
