So I’m a first time buyer looking to get a studio in the West End. Have done some viewings and have all the legal stuff underway and just need to make a choice. All flats seem to come an ‘Offers over x’ basis. How much over would one typically expect to offer? Just curious as while some places I’m interested in appear to be just about in my budget I’m not actually certain how much I’d have to offer to actually purchase.
