Hiya, looking for some help. My family and I are travelling to Portugal for a holiday in Oct. I know there are changes to testing rules coming into place on the 4th but the information on the gov page is clear as mud. Does anyone know what the entry and return requirements will be after the 4th? Any help would be much appreciated. Ta.
