So to give the back story, when the pandemic hit I decided to change my lifestyle. I went from 32 stone to 20 stone in 1 year on my own. Once I reached 20 stone, I decided to enlist the help of a personal trainer, I then lost my job through redundancy and the trainer dropped me within a week and wouldn’t even give a chance to find another job so I could afford to pay them. Does anyone know a trainer who would support someone on a temporary reduced income, I’m based in Bridgeton. Thanks
