Hi has anyone had experience buying/living in Tenement flats where there's damp? I'm thinking of putting an offer down for a flat in Pollokshields but on the home report there is damp under the living rom windows. Owner said it was wood that just needed an injection and was fairly easy to fix. It's a ground floor flat and I've heard it can be common with Tenements.
Anyone had any experience with this/ know if this is a minor/major issue? |
