| Body | Anyone manage to get their refunds for this yet? I asked in the Steamie yesterday and got a couple of responses indicating two different scenarios so thought I'd put it out to the wider sub. Even within my friends group someone has had their refund with no issues but the rest of us are sitting waiting for money.
I've been waiting 10 days for my cash back and Playground of Sound are not responding to emails and the only thing they said in response to my instagram message was it takes 7-10 days.
It also looks like they've changed the refund request date from the 11th October to the 1st October at noon. So if you were hanging on to request your refund, I'd get a wriggle on. |
