Waited 4 weeks to get a knockback. They're saying I didn't consent to my details being passed on to the council by not responding to the initial text message. Problem is I didn't get a text, I got pinged through the app. The app forwarded proof of my need to isolate to my work, does anyone know if I will be able to use that as evidence to chase up the council?
