Title	Therapist recommendations?

Body	Hey, So I've been having a really tough time lately and the amazing therapist I found only offers short term and our sessions end next week. Everything I can find online is for England and I'm struggling to find a good long term therapist in Scotland. Can any of you recommend some? Its worth noting that I cant afford to pay right now, so the paid options unfortunately I wouldnt be able to look at. Thanks
