So I’m a student and just recently turned 18, I’m looking to get a small tattoo on my thigh but honestly I’m not sure where to start, I don’t get that much money from SAAS so if anyone knows any good places that could do a small tattoo for between £100-200 (I’m assuming that’s the average price?) that would be great (when I say small I really do mean like really small, about 2cm).
