Title	DVLA - any one else experiencing delays with provisional licences?

Body	I applied for my provisional in June - money deducted and my status on their website is ‘awaiting application to be returned’. I am not alone in this from looking at Twitter. I’ve wrote to my local MP to escalate this. The problem being - DVLA don’t reply on any format; Twitter, email, we chat, don’t take a call from 8am-8pm. USELESS!
