| Body | My partner and I have decided to get married but I am confused about all the paperwork that we would have to get. I am a non EU national living in Scotland under student visa, what kind of paperwork would I need to provide to get married at the registrar office? From their website, I would need my birth certificate and a certificate to prove that im single from my own country, which I cant get since I’m living here. And when I called the registrar office, she said i would have to go to the home office instead?
Could Anyone who have been in the same boat before possibly advise me on how to proceed with this? |
