| Body | I recently moved form Brazil to Scotland to work and I'll be set free from the mandatory quarantine tomorrow. For the next 12 days I have a regular hotel room booked, but that's it.
Due to COP 26 all short term rentals are taken for the following period (they were even before I got my visa!) and due to the current state of the long term rental market I realized I won't be able to sign a lwase agreement in these 12 days.
I have been looking at booking.com, trivago and airbnb, but the prices are insane. Also I am looking into spareroom, roomgo and gumtree for a short (and even medium) term flatshare but no dice.
Since I am running out of options I come here and ask your advice if you know what else I could do. If I can't find anything around Glasgow, I'll probably get an Airbnb around Edinburgh or somewhere in the between, but even that is a pain since I am carrying a few pieces of heavy luggage and it is expensive as well, albeit not as Glasgow. |
