Considering buying a flat in Govan, area between govan/ibox stations in the new builds. Can anyone provide some first hand experience from living in that area? I know it has really good communication links with subway and busses, some lovely parks nearby and good shopping. However, Govan used to have a bit of a rep and since I never really spent any time in that area except for flat viewings, I’d appreciate some more up to date info.
