So having a pure nightmare with my covid passport. Was basically under another surname at my GP (mums maiden name) which is a name I go by and is now on my covid passport. But my actual travelling passport is my birth surname and the two don’t match up.
I’ve went to my GP to change my name on the system and they’re refusing even though I have my passport and legal documents to prove so. Telling me to change my birth name by deed poll to and to change my passport (birth name) to match my GP 😂😂 actual madness.
Was wondering if any one is in a similar situation with the doctors changing their name. Or has been knocked back from the airport because they’re surnames don’t match on the covid passport
