Train was cancelled so booked a Glasgo cab taxi at 7:45am. Nearly one hour later and I'm still waiting. Calls to the office told me I was next in the queue, then they did assign a driver which never showed up. Now a call to the office says they're not taking bookings in my area and cut the call off.
What a shocking service.
And an uber was £25 for a 4 mile journey.
