TitleFirst time traveling with a 1.5 year old, any tips?

Hi all,

It’s my first time traveling with my daughter (pandemic baby) outside of California. I’ll be in Glasgow for 5-6 days.

We will be going to pretty much all of the museums, gardens, etc while mom is at her work conference.

Kiddo is a pretty good eater, so restaurants should be okay. But because restaurant food tend to have lots of salt/sugar, any tips on kid friendly options? Also, any recommendations for a market with fresh fruit and vegetables would be great, so I can pack her meals if she happens to not enjoy the restaurant’s food. Not finding lots of options around the Scottish event center.

Also, I’m hitting most of the touristy places, but because I’m with the kiddo for most days, anything off the beaten path/relaxing is welcomed, since I’m pretty sure she’ll want to be elsewhere after the fourth museum.

Thanks!
