Double room in Shawlands available for short-term lets only. (Max 3 months)
The flat is currently occupied by two young professionals who enjoy pub quizzes, board games, yoga and poetry . We are hoping to find a reasonably clean, relatively social person to rent over the summer (preferably a professional). We are LGBTQ+ friendly as I (Kirsty) am bi :) .
The flat is in an excellent location in Shawlands, with just a 5 minute walk to Langside Station and plenty of bus links. There is plenty of shops, cafes and pubs around for the choosing. Queens Park is also just on the end of the street! We also have quite a large (shared) garden at the back.
All bills are included in the price (including wifi and T. V.) and the flat is fully furnished (including white goods) - you shouldn't really need much to move in. Amenities include a dishwasher, microwave, electric fire and hot towel rail.
There is plenty of storage space including two external cupboards in the close.
