TitleAnyone else hate all these new style buildings that are popping up a dime a dosen

I get that new development is good for the city but I just can't stand watching the new style of architecture going up . I just feel like it tears out the soul of the place.

And I'm not being a dick and saying oh Glasgow needs to be a grimey post industrial place. I recognise that Glasgow has to change with the times , but I think it could be done more tastefully .

For example alot of Europe seems to be able to wack up buildings in they're own classic styles making them distinct looking and you can tell roughly where you are just by looking at the architecture. Where as here it all seems to be in that characterless glass panel and steel frame construction which could literally be anywhere in the world.
