I'm coming up to Glasgow for work next week, specifically Castle Street in Rutherglen. During the pandemic the car parks around there were all free and there were always spaces.
Does anyone know if this is still the case? I've had a ticket on the street in the past up that way as all the streets are double yellows or permit holders only
