Titleis £750 per month reasonable for Merchant City?

Hi all, I've been living in Hamilton for the last six months and am desperate to move back to Glasgow. Recently viewed a one bedroom flat on George Street, really nice place, stainless steel appliances, sixth floor, lift access etc for £750.00 per month unfurnished. It's council tax band D and super energy efficient (EPC B)

I'm sitting here wondering though if it's worth it? I currently pay £595 for a two bed but the location isn't ideal and there isn't much going on here. Plus my neighbours are driving me mad 😂

I earn around £30k per year so I'm just trying to work out the running costs to see if it's manageable. I find that I'm spending almost £100 per month on trains were I am currently so being in the city centre would eliminate those costs.

Cheers for any advice.
