| Body | I’m sure everyone has had a whinge already, but I’ve been in Glasgow 5 and 1/2 years and the cost of rent has basically doubled in that time. Nowhere is cheap either. I moved here from Ireland to escape the rapidly increasing rents and house costs and now things feel hopeless here too.
I currently share a flat suited for 1, with my girlfriend. We both work and still find ourselves with empty bank accounts at the end of the month.
It’s disgusting that people have to live like this. |
