I've found myself in a not so great position financially after getting ripped off when buying a flat (30k unexpected renovations urgently needed).
I'm in the process of trying to figure out if I can get any money from sellers, the surveyor or my insurance but in the meantime I have wiped out my savings, taken a 10k loan, borrowed from family and have put on hold the less urgent of the work.
I have about 5 - 10 hours a week I could spare to do freelance work - something I could do from home in my own time. I've never done anything like this, have always been in contracted positions, so genuinely don't know where to start. Would appreciate any tips on how to find things? Thanks! |
