TitleBest approach to find rentals which allow pets

Good morning all,
Though, this has been asked and responded to many times in the past, but after trying those suggestions we are still nowhere near finding a suitable property, hence, a new post.

We'll be moving (with 2 dogs) from Copenhagen, Denmark to Glasgow, Scotland, this fall as my wife has taken up a Master's course at the Uni of Glasgow. Based on suggestions from similar posts, we have been hunting on openrent and rightmove for a rental property which allows pets and is decently sized.
What we have come across is that anything up to or below GBP 1000, the floor area ranges from 55-65 sqm. However, what we are looking for is something that is at least 70 sqm and allows pets.
Based on what we see so far, it seems we will have to increase our budget if we need something that suits are needs. This would perhaps also increase the Council Tax Band.
Areas we have looked at so far are - Glasgow City Centre and West End.

Thanks in advance for reading this post!
