I have a big spun iron pan I got from a blacksmith a while back that I love, but was away for a few months and upon return the pan is in need of a good scrub and reseasoning - I think my flatmate tried to wash it with soap or didn't dry it off properly.
I've reseasoned other cast iron pan at home before no bother, but this pan is too big for the oven in the flat. Is there anywhere in Glasgow I can take a bigger one to get restored?
