| Body | Just looking to be pointed in the right direction or hear anyone's experiences of going to a GP or paying for counselling.
I've struggled most of my life with depression and anxiety, I've never talked to anyone in depth about it in fear of their reaction and from also being ignored by my parents when i asked for help as a kid. The last two years have been hell mentally and I'm not sure how I can handle it by myself anymore.
I'm unsure as to what I'm looking for and where to begin, thanks in advance for any help. |
