I want to make my Scottish partner some prints with some fun Scottish slang/sayings and the translation. He’s a bit homesick and I thought it might cheer him up.
So far I have ‘a bawhair away (very close)’ and ‘did ye, aye (put someone in their place without saying much)’.
Any suggestions gladly received - help an Aussie out.
