| Body | I spoke with my GP the other day and he recommended that I see a therapist about my anxiety issues and that also I should consider getting tested for adult ADHD (gave a few things to read). He told me that the NHS wait times are pretty long and I might want to think about going private.
Only I forgot to ask how I find a private therapist that deals with these kind of things.
So my question is, how do you go about finding a good therapist in Glasgow? |
