Hello, asking fellow tenement owners for advice.
Ground floor flat with a large hedge at the front. Factor has cheekily got in touch to ask me to get it trimmed. Is this right? Would have thought its their responsibility? Any advice appreciated - also looking for someone to do it anyone knows anyone? Cheers
